For assistance related to the Pokémon Center Pop-Up Store at the 2024 Pokémon World Championships in Honolulu, Hawaii, please direct your questions to the pop-up store itself at the venue. Note that we are not able offer chat or email assistance on this site with any questions related to the pop-up store during the event weekend.
Can I enter the pop-up store?
The store is open by reservations only. Reservations are limited and currently unavailable as of August 13, 2024, but you can check updated availability here.
I'm having issues with my reservation
- Please navigate to your confirmation email, which will be titled Your Aug DATE booking at Pokémon Center is confirmed.
- Check your spam or junk email folders as well for an email from sender @email.waitwhile.com.
- Note that we will send you a reminder via SMS Text or Email a day before your reservation.
- Within the email you will see a QR code. Please show this code at the time of your reservation to an employee at the front of line to gain access to the pop-up.
- If you do not see the QR Code in your email, select the "manage booking" button to navigate to the Waitwhile website.
- Scroll to the menu at the bottom of the page and select "Show QR Code." Your code should appear in a pop up window.
- If you are unable to access your QR code after trying the above steps, please show your confirmation email to an employee at the front of the line during your reservation time and you will be granted access into the pop-up.
What do I do if I have an issue with a product that I purchased at the pop-up store?
If you have an issue with a product you purchased at the store, please see a staff member at the front of the line to be escorted to the customer service desk during pop-up store hours. Be sure to bring your receipt for assistance with returns, refunds, and exchanges for defective products only.
If you are no longer able to visit the store, please wait until after the event is over, and submit a ticket or live chat to contact customer service on this site within 14 days of purchase for assistance with a refund for defective products only.
