Orders and Preorders
It is not possible to change the shipping address for an order or a preorder after an order is placed.
If your order is for a preorder and the item is still in stock, you may cancel the preorder and place it again with the correct address. Otherwise, for any order, once you have the tracking number, we recommend that you inquire with the carrier as to whether the delivery can be modified.

Our carrier partners are unable to accommodate requests to reroute packages or hold packages at a local facility.
