To contact a Pokémon Center Support agent via Chat, click the Chat box in the lower, right-hand corner of any Pokémon Center Support page.
Note: the Chat box will only be visible when an agent is available.
A Pokémon Center Support dialog box will display.
Fill in the Introduce yourself and Message fields and then click Start Chatting. An agent will respond shortly to help answer your question(s).
You can also just start typing in the Type your message here field.
Type your question or comment and then click the arrow at the right to initiate contact with a Support agent. An agent will respond shortly to help answer your question(s).
Please have your order number for reference. If you are following up on an existing support request, please have that ticket number for reference. If it is a new request, a support ticket will automatically be generated from the Chat session.
Chat hours are daily from 8:00am to 6:00pm PST.
