To be eligible for a refund your item must be new and in the original condition that you received it. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges on return shipments. Make sure the product is adequately packed, in the original packaging they were sent to you in, and that your return shipment has a tracking number. Returns received not in the original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee. All refunds for returned items go to the original purchaser and credits or refunds will be made to the same method of payment and account used to place the original order.
Simply follow the steps outlined below to return your items:
- Visit your account’s Order History to create a return merchandise authorization (RMA) for your order, or click the Start a Return button on the returns page (http://www.pokemoncenter.com/return-policy).
- Print two (2) copies of the return confirmation page and one shipping label. Include one copy of the return confirmation inside the box and affix the shipping label to the box. The second confirmation copy is for your records. Affix postage and tracking (we recommend USPS ground), and ship your package; don’t forget to include your return address.
Please note that due to the volume of packages our warehouses receive, returns processing may take up to two weeks from the date of receipt.
