Here are some commonly asked questions to help you navigate our Friendship Bundle promotion.
What do I get with my Friendship Bundle?
Pokémon Center is now running a Friendship Bundle promotion, to sweeten the Summer, as a fun and convenient way to shop! Bundles include several items from a curated collection of Pokemon Center products. With each bundle, you will receive two promotion cards: Pikachu and an Eevee!
You will not see the cards as a separate item, they are included in each bundle.
I don't see my bundle in my order tracking page; did my bundle ship?
We are currently experiencing a tech error, causing Friendship Bundles to appear in your tracking page without an image. We apologize for any confusion.
Please rest assured you will be receiving all the bundles you purchased in your order. Your tracking page may look like the below image:
Each bundle will show as a quantity of X, if you ordered two bundles, it will say Quantity: 2
My bundle is delivered, but my tracking says still processing
Please note your tracking may look like the below image, however your bundle WILL be delivered at the same time as any additional items ordered and will be in the same box. You will not receive multiple shipments for the same order. We ask you disregard the "processing" status if your order is delivered which can be confirmed by your FedEx proof of delivery.
Can I return my bundle if I no longer want it?
All Friendship Bundles are final sale and cannot be returned. No return exceptions can be made. If you have a damaged item, please contact us. In order for us to assist, Pokemon Center Support will need the following information for documentation purposes:
- A photo that includes everything that was included in your order, as well as the packing slip. These must appear in the same picture. (JPG/PNG format.) The packing slip or shipping label must be legible.
- Photo(s) or other documentation of any damage sustained. If there was shipping damage, please also include photos of the packaging.
