The Pokémon Center Pop-Up shop is located within a flat, no-barrier hall at entrance N1 in the ExCel Centre.
General accessibility accommodations for the Pokémon Europe International Championships 2025 can be arranged directly with the hosting venue, ExCeL Center London. The venue can provide a variety of accessibility services including wheelchair and mobile scooter hire. You can view the options available at the ExCel Center London venue here: https://www.excel.london/visitor/venue-guide/accessibility.
There will also be dedicated accommodations for fans regarding queuing and badge pick-up. Please see below for more details.
What accessibility accommodations are available at the Pokémon Center Pop-Up shop?
Arrival and Wait Times
We understand that some customers have accessibility needs that mean they are not able to queue for long periods of time. Customers arriving at their reservation time will not have to wait in line for the Pokémon Center Pop-Up shop and will be admitted as they arrive.
Please note. customers arriving after their reservation time may not be granted entry into the store. Please take care to arrive on time to shop!
Arriving Early?
Customers wishing to do so may arrive up to one hour early to the pop-up. However this is not mandatory and does not guarantee early admittance to the pop-up shop. You will be asked to stand in a dedicated location outside the entrance until your reservation time begins. You will not be able to gain access to the pop-up shop until your reservation time. We therefore recommend that customers who are not able to queue for long periods of time please arrive at their reservation time to avoid standing for longer than necessary.
Brand Ambassadors to Assist
Dedicated brand ambassadors will be available to meet customers with accessibility needs and help them gain access to the store through an alternate entrance. When you arrive, please make yourself known to a brand ambassador and they will be able to assist you. Brand ambassadors will be wearing Pokémon Center high-visibility vests. There is no need to arrange this ahead of time - we are looking forward to welcoming you!
Limited Accessibility Seating
Inside the pop-up shop there is limited seating available for customers to rest if they need. Please note, this is not reserved seating and we cannot guarantee availability.
Other Accommodations
Additional specialized accommodations are available. Should you require a specific tool or resource to enter the store, please notify Pokémon Center staff at the time of your reservation and we will be happy to assist you as best we can!
Accessibility Accommodation(s) Policy
For our full accessibility accommodation(s) policy, please refer to the PDF at the end of this page titled 'Accessibility Accommodation Policy'.
Resources and Guides
We have prepared some additional resources that you may find helpful when planning a trip to the Pokémon Center Pop-Up Shop and/or the International Championship event.
A Social Story dedicated to the Pokémon Center Pop-Up Shop is available to help describe what it is like to visit the shop.
There is also a Sensory Experience Guide for the Pokémon International Championships event as a whole, which covers the most common experiences that Trainers can expect within the event venue.
You can find both of these documents at the bottom of this page.
Can my partner or my carer come with me?
Any partners or carers can of course be included in accessibility accommodations, but please note that to gain entry to the Pokémon Center Pop-Up shop they would also require a reservation slot.
If your reservation slot is for multiple people, carers or partners would count towards the total number of people attached to the slot. Please also note that all guests attached to the reservation must show up together for entry. This is to ensure the safety and security of all guests.
What accessibility accommodations are in place for badge pick-up and registration?
For badge pick-up and registration at the Pokémon Europe International Championships 2025, there will be separate queues for customers with accessibility needs. These queues will be clearly labelled and should be visible to customers as they arrive on site though staff will also be available to assist and guide customers in the right direction if needed.
How can I arrange accessibility accommodations for tournament events?
Customers who require assigned seating or other accommodations to attend the event are kindly advised to contact the tournament organizer’s Customer Service team ahead of their visit on customersupport@tournamentcenter.gg. Please see the Tournament Center website for further details: https://www.fanfinity.gg/event/pokemon-euic-2025-london/
