Can I enter the pop-up store?
The store is open by reservations only and reservations are now closed.
What do I do if I have an issue with a product that I purchased at the pop-up store?
If you have an issue with a product you purchased at the store, please see a staff member at the front of the line to be escorted to the customer service desk during store hours. Be sure to bring your receipt for assistance with returns, refunds, and exchanges for defective products only.
If you are no longer able to visit the store, please scan the QR code on your receipt to contact customer service for the Pokémon Center Worlds store within 14 days of purchase for assistance with a refund for defective products only.
