Why does my preordered item show a shipping date several years in the future?

Due to the way our system works, we use a future year to keep all preorders together prior to the official release date. On the release date, our team processes and ships those in the order they were received, and then updates the orders with all relevant shipping and tracking information. If you have placed a preorder for an item and still see the future date after the release, please allow 72 hours for your order to be updated.

If your preorder still reflects the incorrect future year after 72 hours from the release, please send us a ticket with your name and order number so that we may research the issue further.
